Who we are

For more than 25 years, aPrio1 has been offering those responsible and decision-makers for highly complex IT infrastructures, often system-relevant ones, deep expertise in planning, implementation and process-compliant operation.

We rely primarily on our core of permanent, highly specialized employees, supplemented by project-experienced partners with whom we have generally been working together for a long time.

Compared to our competitors, we have a small and inconspicuous special feature, especially for our employees:

And the services for these successful major customers are provided by the employees (ourselves), with advantageous conditions that are unusual and not self-evident:

We achieve our goals with motivated employees, whose support and targeted further development are our top priority. Holiday pay, Christmas bonuses, other social benefits and, if possible, home office are important and central pillars of our cooperation.

We have always supported young professionals and developed them into management positions and although we regretted the move to customers, we have always supported them (smartly). Today there are perhaps 100 managers in the German and international economy who started with us, including at least two CIOs.
